S.5 Joint School Oral Practice

In order to provide students with chances to practice speaking in exam-like situations, a joint-school oral practice was jointly held by HKTA Yuen Yuen Institute No1 Secondary School, HKTA Ching Chung Secondary School and our school at the school hall on 9 May 2011 (Monday). There were 28 groups, 192 students in total. They found it useful. It really enhances their speaking skills and raises their confidence.

S.7 Joint School Oral Practice

S.7 Joint School Oral Practice was held on 19 February 2011 in POH 80^th Anniversary Tang Ying Hei College.  Other participants include MKMCF Ma Chan Duen Hey Memorial College, QualiEd College and HKMLC Queen Maud Secondary School. There are around 300 F.7 students taking part in the exam.

The oral exam practice is a great success.  The majority of students found that they learnt a lot from this valuable experience and had more confidence in the oral paper since they received helpful feedback from different teachers in the exam.  This also provides a good opportunity for students to interact with other F.7 candidates and learn from one another.  Most of them understand more about their own strengths and weaknesses after the exam, which gives them an idea of how to make a greater improvement in this paper.
